Project Overview:
The Shengtun New Energy 120,000-ton Iron Phosphate Drying, Crushing, and Conveying Project is divided into 8 DCM1500 drying and crushing production lines for dihydrate iron phosphate and 4 production lines for anhydrous iron phosphate crushing, conveying, screening, demagnetization, and packaging. The entire production line is designed and configured according to the production process flow direction, greatly reducing the number of material transfers and transportation distance, ensuring production safety, system operation, and capacity requirements.

Project Advantages:
1. Good drying and crushing effect
The filter cake with a moisture content of 30~50% enters the mill for drying, reducing the surface water of dihydrate iron phosphate to 1~2% without losing crystallization water, and the particle size after crushing can reach D50:2~6um.
2. Few magnetic foreign objects
The surfaces in contact with the machine and materials are lined with non-metallic coatings, such as 95% alumina ceramic, tungsten carbide, and fluorine materials, which can be selected according to different materials to effectively reduce the generation of magnetic and metallic foreign objects.
3. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly
The entire production line uses a closed-loop negative pressure conveying system, avoiding contact between materials and the outside world, greatly improving material quality and protecting the production environment, meeting the most stringent environmental emission standards.
4. Intelligent control system
Each production line can achieve fully automated operation, with all interlock control points directly connected to the DCS master control system using hard contact methods. At the same time, the entire production line has functions such as self-checking, fault diagnosis, and fault mitigation, allowing for quick and accurate maintenance in case of faults.
