Pulp Magnetic Separator
The pulp magnetic separator is a specialized piece of equipment designed to remove magnetic impurities from a medium in the form of a pulp or slurry.The fluid medium is pumped into the pipeline by a fluid pump and enters the chamber through the lower pipeline.The design features a tangential water flow and a special rotating paddle structure,which allows the material and the magnetic bar assembly to self-rotate and mix thoroughly within the chamber.Magnetic impurities are attracted and held by the built-in high-strength magnetic bars,while the cleaned fluid passes through the upper pipeline to the next process.
The model 300 pulp magnetic separator can have up to 18 buit-in magnetic bars,with a surface magnetism of up to 14,000 Gauss(Gs),and can achieve demagnetization eficiency of over 90%with a throughput of 50 cubic meters per hour(m³/h).Depending on the application requirements,the equipment can be available in fully automatic and semi-automatic models.The main difference between the two lies in whether the demagnetization action requires manual intervention.The fully automatic model utilizes a cylinder and a scraper to achieve full process automation.

◆ Simple and Compact Structure
All components and parts can be mounted on a single frame,saving space. Functions such as water intake and discharge control,demagnetization, spraying,and slag discharge are integrated into one unit.There are no high- voltage electrical components like motors;all operations are completed by using pneumatic cylinders.
◆ Easy Operation
The fully automatic model requires minimal human intervention during the production process and can be controlled automatically through a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)system.The semi-automatic model also features pneumatic cylinder assistance for lifting,with manual labor only needed for the demagnetization of the magnetic bars,greatly reducing the time spent on manual operations.
◆ Safety and Energy Efficiency
As there are no motor or high-voltage electrical components,the device avoids safety hazards caused by electrical leaks.The rotating paddle relies on the impact force of the fluid to achieve self-rotation,eliminating the need for a rotating motor and thus saving on operational and maintenance costs.
Product Structure
Process System
In this system,the fluid from the raw material storage tank or mixing tank is conveyed by a transfer pump to the pulp magnetic separator. The treated fluid then flows through a pipeline into a finished product tank for collection and subsequent processing stages.Meanwhile,the cleaning water and waste sludge or liquid are channeled through a pipeline into a treatment pond for centralized processing.
