Intelligent Control System

◆ Monitoring Layer:
The monitoring computer (touchscreen)has three main functions:operation,surveillance,and protection.
1.Production control commands are issued from the monitoring touchscreen.
2.Process parameters are stored in the controller PLC,and during production,the operator can retrieve and set these parameters from the controller.
3.The operational status of the equipmentis monitored on the monitoring computer (touchscreen)screen
◆ Control Layer:
The central control unit consists of a PLC and other components.The PLC receives control commands from the monitoring touchscreen,activates or deactivates the relevant drive circuits according to these commands to control the equipment,and transmits the equipment's operational status and collected real-time data to the monitoring touchscreen in real-time.
◆ Equipment Layer:
Measurement and control devices (such as motor and pneumaticvalve control circuits)are located on-site at the equipment.They are detected and controlled by the control layer.

◆ The PLC controller is manufactured by Siemens.
◆ The touchscreen is provided by either Siemensor Kunteng Tongtai.
◆ International or domestic well-known brands are used for field control instruments,which include devices for measuring temperature,flow rate,pressure,distance,etc.
◆ Human-Machine Interaction System:The system allows users to set operational parameters,view data reports,and review operational logs.
◆ Customizable Configuration:The control system can be configured according to customer requirements,including the central control computer,Distributed Control System (DCS),or Management Information System(MIS).
