Pre-drying Machine The pre-drying machine is a device designed for the drying and dispersion of water-containing filter cakes.Within the system,it uses negative pressure to draw hot air in from the feed end.The water-containing material,upon entering the pre-drying machine,is gradually dried as it comes into contact with the hot air through the actions of the machine's raking teeth,which stir and lift the material.In the latter part of the drying process,the now partiallydried material is further dispersed into smaller pieces by the rotating raking teeth and then conveyed to the subsequent process by negative pressure air.The pre-drying machine serves as a pre- treatment device before the crushing process,with a maximum capacity of 5,000 kg/h.To meet the diverse demands of production line capacities,multiple models are available for selection.

Process System
In this system,the water-containing material is fed into the pre-drying machine via a feeder.Under the action of the system's fan,negative pressure draws the hot air generated by the heater into the conveying pipeline and the pre-drying machine.The workingmechanism of the pre-drying machine mixes the slurry with the hot air,drying the material and de-agglomerating it into small pieces.These pieces are then carried by negative pressure into the grinder for pulverization.The final product is collected by a bag filter dust collector,from which it is discharged,while the clean air is expelled by the system's fan.A filtering screen is installed at the outlet of the pre-drying machine,which can be replaced or configured according to the requirements of the downstream equipment.Material that does not meet the discharge specifications is intercepted and sent back into the chamber to be dried and dispersed again,preventing blockages and equipment damage in subsequent stages.
