Automatic Suction Gun The automatic suction gun is composed of four main parts:a bracket (including a hopper positioning frame),an XYZ slide platform,the suction gun itself,and a control system.It can be equipped with weighing devices,and the suction speed can be adjusted according to the capacity of the vacuum feeding device to automatically control the walking speed of the suction gun and the thickness of the single suction layer, matching the speed of the vacuum feeding device.The automatic suction gun is interlocked with the vacuum feeding device,replacing the manual feeding process.It is suitable for environments with requirements for heavy pollution, high-temperature,or low-temperature conditions.

The automatic suction gun is a negative pressure conveying device that transports material from a material bucket to the next process stage.The material is drawn through the suction gun tube and conveyed by a vacuum fan.Additionally,a three-axis module allows for the complete and clean extraction of the material from the bucket.

Process System
This system is suitable for the automated transportation of materials such as ternary precursors,cobalt oxide,and lithium carbonate that have undergone washing and dewatering by centrifuges or filter presses(with a moisture content of≤20%).The filter materials are conveyed by the system's negative pressure into the next stage of the drying process (such as rotary kilns,pan dryers,or ovens).Due to the inherent characteristics of the filter materials and some special requirements of the production process,issues like extensive manual handling, high labor intensity,poor production environment,and low product qualification rates have been difficult to resolve. Therefore,we have introduced an automatic filter material conveying system with the automatic suction gun atitscore,which is an industry-first automated device that can use pneumatic conveying for filter materials.

◆ Batch Storage: It is capable of storing single or multiple batches of materials from centrifuges and filter presses in a fixed container.Sampling can be performed within the container to ensure that only qualified semi-finished products proceed to the next drying or calcination process.
◆ Automated Material Transfer: Thefilter material container can be manually or automatically transferred to the automatic suction gun station using an AGV for continuous material transfer to the next process.This eliminates the need for manual or semi-manual feeding,greatly reducing labor intensity and labor costs.
◆ Dust and Spillage Prevention: The suction action is confined within the container,and the systememploys negative pressure conveying,which prevents dust lifting and material spillage,reducing waste.
◆ Adjustable Suction Speed and Volume: The suction speed and volume can be freely set according to the capacityof the equipment to match the requirementsof the subsequent process.
