Scraper-Type Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator
The scraper-type self-cleaning magnetic separator mainly consists of a reduction motor,permanent magnetic bars,a three-way valve,and a pneumatic control system.Itoperates with a top feed and bottom discharge design. During operation,the motordrives the permanent magnetic bars to rotate,allowing the material to come into full contact with the magnetic bars.Magnetic foreign objects within the material are attracted to and adhere to the surface of the magnetic bars.Once the material is demagnetized,it is conveyed downward by gravity or negative pressure to the discharge outlet of the three-way valve.For demagnetization,the motor stops,and the three-way valve opens to the slag discharge end by means of a valve plate.A pneumatic cylinderactuates the demagnetization scraper to push the magnetic foreign objects,which are adhered to the surface of the magnetic bars,into the non- magnetic zone of the bars,where they falloff due to gravity into the slag discharge end.This equipment is suitable for use with moist,sticky powders and granular materials.

◆ High-Intensity Magnetic Core:During operation,the high-intensity magnetic core comes into direct contact with the material.The maximum surface magnetic strength of the magnetic bars is up to 14,000 Gauss (14,000GS),providing a strong adsorption capacity for magnetic particles within the material.
◆ External Bearings:The use of external bearings simplifies maintenance and makes it more convenient.This design also eliminates the risk of the material being contaminated by lubricants or other contaminants associated with internal bearings.
◆ Separate Discharge Chambers for Finished and Magnetic Slag Materials: The finished product and magnetic slag are discharged through two separate chambers,preventing cross-contamination.The valve plate is made of silicone soft sealing material,which offers good sealing properties and is wear-resistant.
