The pin disc mill is an integrated piece of equipment that combines mechanical and air-swept grinding methods.It features a horizontal design with a unique pin disc structure.Material is forced through the toothed nest and then subjected to high-speedshearing by the conical grinding bars of the rotor and the stator grinding blocks.By adjusting the rotor speed,the mill can process various raw materials to different fineness levels.It is also capable of dispersing,mixing,and surface coating the material.
A distinctive feature of the pin disc mill is the rotor's high-speed rotation,which,combined with the stator's toothed nest,creates an orderly air vortex within the grinding chamber.This allows the material to be thoroughly dispersed through the vortex,where it is sheared and impacted by the rotor and stator,ensuring a uniform surface coating on the powder particles.
