Core-Pulling Type Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator
The core-pulling type self-cleaning magnetic separator mainly consists of a reduction motor,a casing assembly, permanent magnetic bars,a three-way valve,and a pneumatic control system.It operates with a top feed and bottom discharge design.During operation,the permanent magnetic bars are inserted into the casing assembly,creating a strong magnetic field around the casing.The motor rotates,driving the entire setofmagnetic bars,allowing the casing to come into full contact with the material.Magnetic foreign objects are attracted and adhere to the casing. Demagnetized material,due to gravity or negative pressure,moves downward into the three-way valve's discharge outlet.
For demagnetization,the motor stops,and the three-way valve's valve plate is opened to the slag discharge end. A dual-cylinder mechanism actuates the permanent magnetic bars to separate from within the casing,causing the casing to lose its magnetic attraction and the magnetic foreign objects to falloff.Meanwhile,the motor rotates to shake offany residual magnetic foreign objects from the casing.This equipment is suitable for low-moisture,dry powders and granular materials.
