Vacuum Feeder

The vacuum feeder operates by introducing material from the top and discharging it from the bottom of a storage hopper (cone hopper). It consists of three main parts:a filtration chamber,a clean air chamber, and a storage hopper (cone hopper).Dry powdery materials with good flow characteristics are conveyed into the vacuum feeder by a negative pressure system through the feed inlet. The material is separated from the air as it passes through the filter element, and then it falls by gravity into the storage hopper. With the aid of a pneumatic hammer or vibrator and air assistance in the storage hopper (cone hopper),the material is smoothly discharged from the outlet.Meanwhile, the negative pressure air, after being filtered through the filterelement,is exhausted from the clean air chamber, achieving the purpose of material transportation.Additionally, the storage hopper (cone hopper)is equipped with a high-level sensor to prevent blockages that could occur if the material is not discharged promptly.
