Disc Nest Mill with Multiple-rotor
Dish nest mill is a set of mechanical and air flow mill, dedicated to the particle size distribution has strict requirements for the production of ultrafine powder, can simultaneously achieve the material crushing (depolymerization), drying and powder surface chemical treatment, the liquid material or filter cake can also achieve the same effect.

◆ Drying
The process air is heated by coal, electricity and natural gas and the materials enter the drying chamber for drying at the same time. The maximum air inlet temperature can reach 580 ℃. The drying degree of the product is controlled by the temperature of the discharge port. The typical outlet temperature is 105 ℃, and the moisture content can be controlled below 0.2.
◆ Fine grinding, crushing and depolymerization
The maximum operating linear speed of the impeller and the disc in the crushing chamber can reach 120 m/s. Multiple nested swirling flows are formed between the disc and the unique lining plate, and the airflow impact force, friction force and shear force can quickly and evenly crush the material into ultrafine powder.

Pulp Magnetic Separator
The pipeline wet material iron remover is a professional equipment for removing magnetic impurities from slurry. The fluid medium is pumped into the pipeline through a fluid pump and enters the cavity from the lower pipeline. The tangential water flow design and special rotating blade structure enable the materials and magnetic rod components to rotate and fully mix in the cavity. The magnetic impurities are adsorbed by the built-in high-strength magnetic rod, and the clean fluid enters the next process through the upper pipeline.
The surface magnetism of the built-in magnetic rod for removing iron from wet materials in the pipeline is as high as 14000Gs, the removal efficiency can reach more than 90%, and the passing flow rate is 50 m/h. This equipment can be divided into fully automatic and semi-automatic models according to different application requirements. The main difference is whether the magnetic clearing action needs manual intervention. The fully automatic model realizes the whole process automation with the help of cylinder and scraper.

All structures and components can be placed on a rack without occupying more space. The multi-functions of water inlet and outlet control, magnetic cleaning, spraying and slag discharge are integrated into one. There are no high-voltage electrical devices such as motors, and all actions are completed by cylinders.
◆ Simple operation
The production process of the full-automatic model basically does not require human intervention, and can realize automatic PLC control. The semi-automatic model also has cylinder-assisted lifting, and the manual only clears the magnetic rod, which greatly reduces the time-consuming of manual operation.
◆Safety and energy saving
The equipment does not need to be equipped with motors and high-voltage electrical devices, thus avoiding potential safety hazards caused by leakage. The rotating slurry relies on fluid impact force to realize self-rotation, thus saving operation and maintenance costs.
Core-Pulling Type Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator
The dry powder iron remover adopts the mode of feeding up and discharging down. When working, the permanent magnet magnet rod is inserted into the casing assembly, the casing shape forms a strong magnetic field, the motor rotates to drive the overall magnet rod to rotate, so that the casing and the material are fully contacted, the magnetic foreign matter is adsorbed on the casing, and the magnetic material enters the discharge port of the three-way valve downward due to gravity or negative pressure.
During magnetic cleaning, the motor stops rotating, the valve plate of the three-way valve is opened to the end of the slag discharge port, the double cylinders push the permanent magnet rod to separate from the casing, and the casing loses its magnetic foreign matter and falls. At the same time, the motor rotates to throw off the residual magnetic foreign matter on the casing, which is suitable for low-viscosity dry powder and granular materials.

The motor is used to drive the permanent magnetic core to rotate and adsorb foreign matter, and the processing capacity can reach up to 3t/hour. Compared with the electromagnetic iron remover, the production capacity is increased by 4 times and the energy consumption is reduced by 30 times.
◆High degree of intelligence
The program sets the time to automatically clean the foreign body of the magnetic core, without manual intervention, and the production is more efficient.
◆ Fully sealed structure
Feed, demagnetization, discharge and slag discharge are all in the closed cavity, without contact with the outside world, and no dust leakage.
