At the beginning of the new year, everything is updated. On January 2, 2024, under the witness of the project leaders and relevant personnel of both parties, the groundbreaking ceremony of Huatong Powder's "Stanley New Energy Material Precursor Iron Phosphate Project" in Jingzhou, Hubei Province was held as scheduled.

Project Overview
This project is an annual output of 50000 tons of iron phosphate powder crushing, conveying and packaging production line of Songzi Stanley Yihua New Material Technology Co., Ltd. It is divided into two production lines, each with an annual production capacity of 25000 tons. The two production lines are composed of material crushing, conveying, batch mixing, screening, demagnetization, ton bag packaging and other parts of anhydrous iron phosphate. The whole project is designed and configured according to two sets of systems and arranged in the same workshop.

Project Characteristics
1. Good crushing effect:
After crushing, the particle size distribution is uniform, no large particles, and the particle size requirements of the finished product can be met by one crushing.
2. Less magnetic foreign bodies:
The contact surface of the whole machine and the material are lined with non-metallic coating, such as 95 alumina ceramic, tungsten carbide and fluorine material. Different coatings can be selected according to different materials to effectively reduce the generation of magnetic and metal foreign bodies.
3. Green environmental protection:
Both production lines are equipped with filtering devices at the feeding point and the discharge point to maximize the creation of a dust-free working environment and meet the most stringent environmental emission standards.
4. Advanced Intelligence:
The two production lines can be operated in full automation mode, and all interlocking control points of the system are directly connected to the DCS general control system in the form of hard contacts.
5. Fault self-inspection:
The whole production line has the functions of self-inspection, fault diagnosis, fault weakening, etc., and can be maintained quickly and accurately in the event of a fault.
